Due to a technical problem with my tablet I was unable to order online.Not a problem got on the phone and ordered my items without an issue.The staff were very helpful and told me I would receive my order in a few days,imagine my surprise when I took delivery within 24hours!The firebricks are quite fragile,they were very well packed,wrapped in large bubble wrap and on a bed of shredded cardboard,very safe.I am pleased with every aspect of my order.

Apologies, we put our hands up, we didn't get it right with your order!! We've sacked the packer!! (only joking of course). It is a testing time for our stores people, running on less staff, with some of the highest amounts of orders we have seen in years.
