Hi Dan, we have already spoken and you agreed there was a misunderstanding on yourside. The amount you were charged was for ONE parcel only.  At the time of your order, we did not have all the parts in stock, so not to keep you waiting, we asked our supplier to send the 'out of stock' item to you directly.  The parcels arrived at your home together, but from different locations.  Fireparts paid for the second parcel and you did not pay a second parcel charge.  Generally, our basic parcel charge will cover up to 29kg.
