Amazingly good service all round, from checking the website to see what was available to the ordering process and finally to the speedy delivery. Only pity is that I am unlikely to need to order these again. Slight blip when my first order arrived. The courier had clearly dropped it somewhere between despatch and delivery, the box was split and one of the firebricks shattered. All was redeemed, however. A replacement part arrived two days later. Good service, good response to a problem.
