How to identify your Parkray fire or Roomheater. Parkray Roomheaters have been in existence since the 1960’s, some of the older appliances are still operational and used daily by households all over the UK.   This is a testament to the build quality of some of these earlier Parkray stoves. The list below is an easy way of helping to identify any of the following Parkray fires (includes Parkray log burners / multifuel stoves  from 1960, 1970 ,1980, 1990 and some newer versions from 2000).

As there are so many models and sizes of the Parkray, they can look very similar, however, the parts inside of them are different.  Some parts fit many appliances and others are more specific.

The ‘SIZE’ of a Parkray (The Heat Output) of the Fire | Boiler is denoted by ’77’ ’88’ ’99’ or ‘111’.  The Model (Spec | Style ) of the Parkray is denoted by ‘G’ or ‘GT’ or’ Chevin’ ‘Caprice’ ‘Chiltern’ ‘Caprice’
