I had been trying to source this part from other Coalbrookdale agents without success for some time ,therefor I was pleased that Fireparts said that they could supply. The part was for my Coalbrookdale Darby stove which is 35 years old and so it is sometimes difficult to get spares. The person I spoke to was helpful and quickly identified the part I needed.

Large range of DISCOUNTED FIRE GRATES & BARS for solid fuel stoves, fires & cookers. 

The GRATE & FIREBARS support the Fuel (from falling through the fire) when it is burning. Some fires have a single ONE piece GRATE and others can have TWO pieces.

Some stoves hold as many as 17 FIRE BARS, these can be replaced individually.  Old and Deformed Grates or Firebars can cause the 'De-ashing' Mechanisim to reduce / stop working.
