Service was excellent. However, the packaging of the items was less so, HHR08008 was missing from the dlivery as a result of the package ends being closed with simple parcel tape - the product has burst through this during transit. Fireparts are dealing with this, again excellent service

I have used Fireparts.com on a number of occasions and they have always provided excellent service. The prices are very competitive and delivery is within a few days or so. I tend to purchase items for my Dad who still uses a coal fire! I would recommend them.
