Ordered on the phone, operative very helpful. Well knowledged and gave good advise - thank you

Look good quality & delivered fast, they fit 16" to 24" Baxi, mine is 18". Had a fitter who put them in for me, all working well.

In reply to your Email, we can only say - what excellent service!! We only ordered it at about lunchtime on 19.10.16, you replied to us saying that it was out for despatch on the same day at 20:22pm and it arrived today, 20.10.16 at about 2:00pm - that must be some kind of record! We will most definitely use your company again when we have need of you in the future and would happily recommend you on Facebook but unfortunately, due to being two old fogies, we are not on Facebook, so will just have to recommend you to all our friends and relatives by word of mouth instead. Thanks once again.

Amazingly good service all round, from checking the website to see what was available to the ordering process and finally to the speedy delivery. Only pity is that I am unlikely to need to order these again. Always just a bit hesitant dealing with an “independent” supplier but this was great, and I know that I got the best from a specialist supplier who obviously believes in service.
