Paid via paypal and the order was processed and posted the same day. The parts arrived in 48 hrs. Could not ask for more from a genuine company who look after their customers speedily. Slight blip when my first order arrived. The courier had clearly dropped it somewhere between despatch and delivery, the box was split and one of the firebricks shattered. All was redeemed, however. A replacement part arrived two days later. Good service, good response to a problem.
