I bought a grate for a Parkray stove from Lynne in Fireparts a number of years ago. She was excellent. When i made contact with the group again in May 2023 I was glad to see that she was the person who answered my initial e mail. This lady is very efficient. The products are very reasonably priced. The speed and accuracy of delivery is excellent as well. I highly recommending the company for quality and service. The glass arrived sooner than expected and was well protected in a clever cardboard case lined with bubblewrap.

Just a sheet of glass, really, but it was the right dimensions to fit the slot nicely. It seemed very expensive for a rectangular pane of glass but I guess it’s a special heat-resistant type. I will be more careful closing the door against the sharp corners of logs as I don’t want to be buying too many of these.
