DPD delivery service advised that the delivery would be made on one day, but there was no further contact. Then, on the next day, advised an inconvenient/unsuitable delivery time with no means of advising inconvenient or to propose alternative time. After advising a location for delivery, DPD failed to leave the parcal either on that day. This meant that we had to visit a "drop off point" to collect goods. Consider this could have been better and not particularly helpful customer service.

Quick and friendly and efficient

It goes under the fireplace through a little door outside. I put it in there when it arrived and I saw it again when I emptied it after a week. I will give it 5 if it carries on being useful for ages and doesn’t develop any holes!
