I went online to order replacement parts for my Baxi fireplace. I then rang as I was unsure of the correct replacement. I spoke to Lynne who was more than helpful. So clear , forgotten how we could see through the glass before the replacements. Perfect size.

This company tried, they said to leave the items at the address twice. Left no calling card, maybe because of Covid, but they had the mobile no for this order. Eventually after returning item to Warehouse it was eventually delivered on the 28/01/2021 having been ordered on the 13/01/2021. Maybe DPD should be investigated?? Lynne the customer care staff was excellent tracking the product, thank her very much.
