I could not have been happier with the product and the service. Staff were brilliant. I was the first time i have had to replace the bottom grate of my fire and was unsure what size i needed. Fortunately the staff were on the ball, contacting me vie phone and email to answer my questions

Fits perfectly but ask staff for help in getting right size. I suggest sending photos of the grate, there seems to be a lot of different shapes and sizes.
