We only ordered it at about lunchtime on 19.10.16, you replied to us saying that it was out for despatch on the same day at 20:22pm and it arrived today, 20.10.16 at about 2:00pm - that must be some kind of record! We will most definitely use your company again when we have need of you in the future and would happily recommend you on Facebook but unfortunately, due to being two old fogies, we are not on Facebook, so will just have to recommend you to all our friends and relatives by word of mouth instead. I have received a very good service from Lynn at Fireparts. There was a delay in dispatching my items from Hunter stoves however Lynn was on it straight away. Continually chasing them with phone calls and also offering me a refund for the delayed delivery charge. Thank you for your persistence with Hunters as if I had dealt with someone less committed I would have just ended up with a full refund. Now my Hunter Stove looks amazing and it’s warm and toasty in my living room. Thank you soooooo much. Brilliant cheers
