I have no problem you adding my comments. I have had a trusty Baxi Burnall for 25 years and the grates have burnt out, your service has been brilliant, I look forward to contacting you again in 2039 when my new grates will require replacement ! best wishes ,Jim

Did the job nicely and a perfect fit. However, be aware that the lifting slots are narrower than the old design, so the old lifting key does not work with it.
