Thank you for the ashpans - they are brilliant. They arrived on Thursday 2nd - how very speedy is that! However, at 80 years old, I do not know what PDF format means! The plastic bag attached to the parcel was open with just a credit size card inside - is this the invoice and how do I read it? It looks like a business card to me.

PDF is a file format, the attached file to the email I sent was the invoice for the purchase.
I have sent you an invoice in the post instead and it should be with you by Tuesday.
The credit card is a fridge magnet (you can put it on your fridge, or anything steel that a magnet will stick to) we put these in all our parcels so you don't loose our contact details!!
