Helpful advice for my pre-purchase enquiry. The part was dispatched quickly and I was kept fully informed of its arrival time and date. Packaged very well to prevent breakage in transit. Excellent service and I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

The part was slightly taller than the original but having said that, the original ìs more than 35 years old and so is probably obsolete now! Fits correctly into my Chiltern 111 Parkray.

All good, user friendly, easy to find correct part, prompt despatch/delivery and well packaged.

Only 4 stars because the bottom of the new flap fouled on the fire casting at the bottom left hand corner. I filed an amount off the bottom corner-so no problem. This was on a Cumbria. It now works perfectly.
