The service I received from fire parts was very good, my order being dispatched in quick time and packed safely and secure, should the need arise I would definitely use them again.
As a retired plumbing and heating engineer I have installed many Dursley boilers and found them always to be of excellent quality so when I needed a new fire grate Dunsley was my first choice.

Took approximately 12 days to complete order. Initially paint not included in dispatch. Sorted subsequently with complimentary inclusion of additional rope glue. Advised re-dispatch lost by courier. Re-Re-dispatched. Got there eventually! Assistance from helpline lady of top quality so no stress!
