The fire bricks were despatched quickly and very well packaged. Phone assistance was also very supportive and helpful. Would use fireparts again.

No breakages and so far no cracking - the product seems very good.

Service was excellent. However, the packaging of the items was less so, HHR08008 was missing from the dlivery as a result of the package ends being closed with simple parcel tape - the product has burst through this during transit. Fireparts are dealing with this, again excellent service

The web site made it easy to find my Log burner. I ordered the glass and rope needed and they turned up very quickly, before they were due to arrive. The packaging is first class, lots of protection for the glass panel including lots of bubble wrap, lots more additional cardboard protection inside a oversized box. Really pleased.
