I have received a very good service from Lynn at Fireparts. There was a delay in dispatching my items from Hunter stoves however Lynn was on it straight away. Continually chasing them with phone calls and also offering me a refund for the delayed delivery charge. Thank you for your persistence with Hunters as if I had dealt with someone less committed I would have just ended up with a full refund. Fits perfectly in 16 inch Firemaster Superdraught De-luxe and maintains airflow with a gap around and underneath box. There is a metal tab underneath it sits on. It is also clear of the valve to allow free movement of the valve. If this helps anyone the valve for this fireplace is mounted in two holes one at the bottom at tube entry (scrape around and you will find it) and one at the top through metal plate.
