The web site made it easy to find my Log burner. I ordered the glass and rope needed and they turned up very quickly, before they were due to arrive. The packaging is first class, lots of protection for the glass panel including lots of bubble wrap, lots more additional cardboard protection inside a oversized box. Really pleased. New glass looks great! Many Thanks, Adam

Assuming 1 is poor and 5 is great, I definitely give a 5. I needed a grate, I visited your web site and there they were. Goof instruction to assist ordering the correct grate. Put it this way I will use your company again.
Exactly what I needed. Now in place fitted exactly. Delivery was one day after your notification but that is not a complaint. Every order from all companies is a day after the stated date, it is the Highlands after all. Keep up the high standards. Thank you.

DPD delivery service advised that the delivery would be made on one day, but there was no further contact.
Then, on the next day, advised an inconvenient/unsuitable delivery time with no means of advising inconvenient or to propose alternative time.
After advising a location for delivery, DPD failed to leave the parcal either on that day.
This meant that we had to visit a "drop off point" to collect goods.
Consider this could have been better and not particularly helpful customer service.
