Took approximately 12 days to complete order. Initially paint not included in dispatch. Sorted subsequently with complimentary inclusion of additional rope glue. Advised re-dispatch lost by courier. Re-Re-dispatched. Got there eventually! Assistance from helpline lady of top quality so no stress!

I have received a very good service from Lynn at Fireparts. There was a delay in dispatching my items from Hunter stoves however Lynn was on it straight away. Continually chasing them with phone calls and also offering me a refund for the delayed delivery charge. Thank you for your persistence with Hunters as if I had dealt with someone less committed I would have just ended up with a full refund.
