Great prices and almost everything in stock that I needed. The one item that was not in stock caused the whole order to be 'forgotten' about till I rang to ask why I hadn't received it.

DPD delivery service advised that the delivery would be made on one day, but there was no further contact. Then, on the next day, advised an inconvenient/unsuitable delivery time with no means of advising inconvenient or to propose alternative time. After advising a location for delivery, DPD failed to leave the parcal either on that day. This meant that we had to visit a "drop off point" to collect goods. Consider this could have been better and not particularly helpful customer service.
