Order process and customer service great. Firebricks had been packed in a box either side of a big heavy tub of fire cement and broke in transit - even with all the bubble wrap I would have thought this was inevitable. So the packaging is my only criticism. They were immediately replaced with no fuss and have now been fitted, all good.
