Parts ordered were as per described. Only one niggle was that I agreed to wait until parts ordered were in stock and would be delivered. I was not informed of the parts shipping details and as a result, it was just luck that I happened to be at home when they arrived (out of the blue).

Slight blip when my first order arrived. The courier had clearly dropped it somewhere between despatch and delivery, the box was split and one of the firebricks shattered. All was redeemed, however. A replacement part arrived two days later. Good service, good response to a problem.
