First time I have ordered from Fireparts.com and it won't be the last! I really appreciated the call from Phil to let me know that there was going to be a delay in delivery (understandable in the current climate)....it saved me grumbling about the order taking ages but not knowing why!!!As it happens, it arrived earlier than I expected so that was a bonus!
