The web site made it easy to find my Log burner. I ordered the glass and rope needed and they turned up very quickly, before they were due to arrive. The packaging is first class, lots of protection for the glass panel including lots of bubble wrap, lots more additional cardboard protection inside a oversized box. Really pleased.
