Excellent service during a difficult time (coronavirus). I was kept up to date with preparations for delivery and the item arrived exactly when pre-notified.

A good product difficult to source through most hardware outlets. It could be further improved by the availability (as an optional extra) of a handle extension that would make it easier to slide it into position under the fireplace. I made such an extension myself for my previous ashbox, and will do so again, but it is not very easy because of the need to drill screw holes through the metal.
