Items were very quickly dispatched and delivered in estimated time. Firebars were very well packed and wrapped for protection against breakage.Price was very good compared to other sights. I would certainly order from Fireparts in the future.

These Firebars are very good quality especially for a part that is now discontinued and hard to replace.

Have purchased from Fireparts before, items are always available, if there is a delay they always let you know.

It's always great that these are still available, our stove is now 25 yr old.

Although an error was made on first delivery, it was very quickly rectified. Good service!

The telephone ordering was really easy. The lady who took the call rang us back to confirm that the part could be obtained, she talked us through the ordering and payment process so we knew what to expect. She also explained that the delivery time wasn't known because of the coronavirus. Everything was straight forward, well explained and we felt really well treated, we sill be using the service again.

All as expected
