Great service, live in Northern Scotland and stove glass broke, panic our main source of heat in the winter, called Fireparts.com spoke to a very nice lady who sorted it out for me and said it would be in the post today, expected to wait a couple of days but it arrived next day, well packed, fitted in 20 minutes and stove back on. Service was excellent. However, the packaging of the items was less so, HHR08008 was missing from the dlivery as a result of the package ends being closed with simple parcel tape - the product has burst through this during transit. Fireparts are dealing with this, again excellent service
