Made an enquiry regarding the order. The stove that I required parts for was purchased in 2011, which mean't that the door glass dimensions were different to what I required. I left a comment, as requested on the part information sheet. Still feeling uncomfortable with the order showing the earlier dimensions, I e-mailed Fireparts quoting the order number and my concerns. In all credit, I had a prompt reply to say they had noted my concern and that the order was being processed and checks being made to ensure the correct part was being sent out. Excellent service!

I went online to order replacement parts for my Baxi fireplace. I then rang as I was unsure of the correct replacement. I spoke to Lynne who was more than helpful. She kept me right about the correct replacement and wanted to ensure that I was happy with this. She looked at me previous order to you (2018) and was able to advise on the replacement.
