Thank you for your excellent service! I received my fire grate the day after ordering it! I didn't actually get a message from the couriers ( which is unusual for DPD!), but that wasn't a problem because I was at home when it was delivered! Very pleased with the grate, it fits my old Parkray Paragon fire perfectly! If I need anything else for any of my fires I would definitely order from your company, and would recommend you to anyone I know! Well done and thank you again!
