Overall the service was very good. Everything was delivered on time, and all the products did what I expected of them. Would use again if the need arises.

Found it difficult to remove the backing tape, but was possibly due to my clumsiness.

From start to finish everything went so smoothly. The company staff could not be more helpful. They sorted the items from my photos, sent me photos and links to there website. Paid via paypal and the order was processed and posted the same day. The parts arrived in 48 hrs. Could not ask for more from a genuine company who look after their customers speedily. Well done all of you. I`m very impressed.

Absolutely perfect fit - just slipped right in

First time I have ordered from Fireparts.com and it won't be the last! I really appreciated the call from Phil to let me know that there was going to be a delay in delivery (understandable in the current climate)....it saved me grumbling about the order taking ages but not knowing why!!!As it happens, it arrived earlier than I expected so that was a bonus! Well done Fireparts.com

A deepening bar is a deepening bar and exactly what I expected! An essential part of the fire.
