She not only clarified the delivery arrangements with Hunter but very kindly refunded the delivery charge as well as phoning me back directly with the revised delivery plan immediately she acquired this info. Parts arrived today a day ahead of schedule.

Thank you for your excellent service! I received my fire grate the day after ordering it! I didn't actually get a message from the couriers ( which is unusual for DPD!), but that wasn't a problem because I was at home when it was delivered! Very pleased with the grate, it fits my old Parkray Paragon fire perfectly!
