Fireparts are refreshingly good at replying to emails. That helped sort out a wrong delivery from their supplier (no fault of Fireparts’) - so hassle was minimised.
A minor improvement would be an instruction sheet just to show which way round it should be installed as it could be either of the two possibles. But it’s easy to work out.
