I needed to replace a damaged log retainer/deepening bar, ash box and grate in a 60+ fireplace. I hadn’t a clue which parts, make or model I needed. I was guided extremely efficiently by Lynne from orders. All my many questions and queries were answered promptly and as a resulted I purchased all the required parts. These were delivered within a couple of days and all were correct and fitted perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble for Lynne and I couldn’t have completed this purchase without her expertise and endless patience with my many queries and questions.

This was the correct bar for my fireplace. I needed to grind a little bit of the ends as advised by Lynne to ensure a good fit.
