The web site made it easy to find my Log burner. I ordered the glass and rope needed and they turned up very quickly, before they were due to arrive. The packaging is first class, lots of protection for the glass panel including lots of bubble wrap, lots more additional cardboard protection inside a oversized box. Really pleased. Excellent service and the products I ordered exactly as described. These parts were not easy to find online but this company came up with the right things. They arrived even sooner than I expected and were very well packed. Reliable and great (grate) service….ok sorry for the inevitable pun.

Strong and shiny but lighter than the 1970s part. It is a real fiddle to fit into the shaft hole but with the help of an iPhone and an extra torch I did it.
