Thank you for the ashpans - they are brilliant. They arrived on Thursday 2nd - how very speedy is that! However, at 80 years old, I do not know what PDF format means! The plastic bag attached to the parcel was open with just a credit size card inside - is this the invoice and how do I read it? It looks like a business card to me. Amazingly good service all round, from checking the website to see what was available to the ordering process and finally to the speedy delivery. Only pity is that I am unlikely to need to order these again.
