Good easy ordering process online, priced well, delivered in good time, packaged very well and arrived in good condition.

The board was installed as a back board for an open fireplace containing a grate. It cracked within 2 weeks of first use and has now become completely use having cracked in many directions across the middle of the board. I would appreciate some feedback as why this may have happened and replacement board of the product is faulty. Thanks.
