This is mu first ashpan replacement since having my Parkray Chevin 111 installed in 1992, perfect fit.

This company tried, they said to leave the items at the address twice. Left no calling card, maybe because of Covid, but they had the mobile no for this order. Eventually after returning item to Warehouse it was eventually delivered on the 28/01/2021 having been ordered on the 13/01/2021. Maybe DPD should be investigated?? Lynne the customer care staff was excellent tracking the product, thank her very much.

Ordering Parkray room heater parts from Fireparts.com's extensive online parts catalogue was easy and effortless and all the parts arrived in 3-4 days, well within the expected delivery time.

This appears to be the same quality as the original part supplied with the fire thirty odd years ago and better than the official but inferior cast parts which have been available in recent years which do not last as long.
