Thank you for the ashpans - they are brilliant. They arrived on Thursday 2nd - how very speedy is that! However, at 80 years old, I do not know what PDF format means! The plastic bag attached to the parcel was open with just a credit size card inside - is this the invoice and how do I read it? It looks like a business card to me. Great value product. Looks so much better quality than some of the similar products I have bought in the past for my woodburner. Easy to cut to exact size with a fine circular saw blade. Took an hour or so to cut all boards for my Westfire 2 stove. Been in use for 2 weeks since fitting and seem fine
