Very happy dealing with your company. Great to be able to speak by phone to a knowledgeable person who is able to offer good and correct advice. This is our second time to deal with your company, and as we live in Ireland, we obviously regret the decision on Brexit. This is the only issue that is off-putting for us. Otherwise very satisfied with the service we received.

Amazingly good service all round, from checking the website to see what was available to the ordering process and finally to the speedy delivery. Only pity is that I am unlikely to need to order these again. Parkray Door Catches Spares

The 'Door Catch' is a 'steel mushroom headed bolt' which is fixed to the 'Inner Front' (front of the appliance).  The 'Door Catch' connects to the 'Door Latch' when the door is closed holding the door tightly closed.  Becareful not to get confused between the 'Door Latch' & 'Door Catch' as they are two different (but similar in function) items.
