Exeptional service in every way. A very speedy, efficient & friendly response to our order. The Grate above was confirmed to be the D21 Baxi Grate to replace ours & was despatched quickly. Brilliant Gold Star service, I would recommend Fireparts without hesitation.

I went online to order replacement parts for my Baxi fireplace. I then rang as I was unsure of the correct replacement. I spoke to Lynne who was more than helpful. Great service, live in Northern Scotland and stove glass broke, panic our main source of heat in the winter, called Fireparts.com spoke to a very nice lady who sorted it out for me and said it would be in the post today, expected to wait a couple of days but it arrived next day, well packed, fitted in 20 minutes and stove back on. Thanks great service will be first place I call if I need anything.

The Rayburn No3 is no longer manufactured however Ashpans, Fire Bricks, Grate & Frame, Boilers are usually available.....
