Delivery on time, we haven't had chance to fit the part yet but sure it will be fine. Would definitely recommend this company.

Only complaint I have is that only 11 grate bars arrived, which left me with gaps as there are 14 in in my stove. Otherwise excellent delivery and service. Product is very good.

Well packaged and delivery excellent.
Journals on grate bars not round - flats ground on journals making difficult to fit in mover plate. Eventually after a few hours got them all in and mechanism turning.
