Excellent service super quick delivery

Was kept informed of progress and any issues with the order along the way, even had a phone call which is extremely rare these days, well done that lady ????, I missed the call however but you left a voicemail and followed it up with an email ???? Received delivery as stated and all well packaged. Part was installed in a few minutes and has completely transformed the stove efficiency, should've bought a multifuel stove and not a woodburner, didn't realise at the time ???? thanks for all ????

I realise now that I probably should have purchased a multifuel stove rather than a woodburner, cleaning out the stove before this with a scoop and brush into a bucket, although not a major chore it could be messy and take longer than would want it to. Those 10 minutes or so are now down to seconds. Just brush the ash through the plate, slide out the tray and empty in the bin, anything left on the plate can simply stay there to fuel the next burn! Installed in just a few minutes and looks great. Cheers

Ordered the parkray firebrick on a basic delivery schedule of 3-5 days (iirc). It arrived at my dad's lunchtime THE NEXT DAY!! Outstanding service, Dad was a little taken aback but happy he now has a spare for the winter burn. Thank You Fireparts... Again.
