I rang your company to order a replacement Baxi grate. I had purchased one from you about 3 years ago and needed a replacement. You had record of my purchase and were able to quickly retrieve my details. Postage address was checked and I was told I would receive the grate in 2 or 3 days which I did.
The service was 5 star and I was dealt with in a friendly and efficient way.
Actually I kept a magnetic 'card' or your details on my refriderator where it remains.
The grate is exactly what was required and is a well produced product. I am very happy with it.

The Rayburn No3 was launched around 1950. The Rayburn No3 had two ovens (a warming draw and main oven). The Rayburn No3 ceased manufacture in 1958 and the Rayburn Royal superceeded the No3... The Rayburn No3 riddling grate is circular in shape.
The Rayburn No3 is no longer manufactured however Ashpans, Fire Bricks, Grate & Frame, Boilers are usually available.....
