Everything was straightforwar d and order came within a few days unfortunately there was a missing glass panel. I phoned up and explained the problem and it is being rectified at present. It was a simple mistake so no problem

Thank you for your feedback.  Rayburn increased their prices back in 2020 between 100 and 500% for spare parts.  Rayburns SRP for this brick is £37.07, we sold to you at £29.04. Whilst we were able to provide a good discount to you, we do appreciate that bricks and spares generally are increasing in price. If Customers are in a position to, we would advise to buy a spare brick set, so you have replacements bricks at hand but most of importantly, secure them at the current prices.
