I bought a grate for a Parkray stove from Lynne in Fireparts a number of years ago. She was excellent. When i made contact with the group again in May 2023 I was glad to see that she was the person who answered my initial e mail. This lady is very efficient. The products are very reasonably priced. The speed and accuracy of delivery is excellent as well. I highly recommending the company for quality and service. Thank you for your feedback.  Rayburn increased their prices back in 2020 between 100 and 500% for spare parts.  Rayburns SRP for this brick is £37.07, we sold to you at £29.04. Whilst we were able to provide a good discount to you, we do appreciate that bricks and spares generally are increasing in price. If Customers are in a position to, we would advise to buy a spare brick set, so you have replacements bricks at hand but most of importantly, secure them at the current prices.
