Took approximately 12 days to complete order. Initially paint not included in dispatch. Sorted subsequently with complimentary inclusion of additional rope glue. Advised re-dispatch lost by courier. Re-Re-dispatch ed. Got there eventually! Assistance from helpline lady of top quality so no stress!

Thanks Kenny, we are extremely sorry for the delay with your order,  Firstly the paint was missed during the packing process and in addition, the couriers then mislaid the parcel. I am very sorry for these errors. We do sometimes get it wrong and this is one of those occassions, I am pleased you felt we resolved the issues to your satisfaction, in the end.  Many thanks for taking time to provide this feedback and for giving us a generous 5 stars!! (which i do not feel we deserve on this occassion!).
