We do make errors (occassonally!!) but when they do happen, we will promptly resolve.  Thank you for your patience and feedback.
It was a great experience to buy from a good, trustworthy British firm. I was given all the information clearly about the products that I was ordering. I even received a personal phone call giving me the results of research about a completely different product I had enquired about...wonder ful personal service!!
