Thank you John for the prompt advises, as discussed the courier is having difficulty (but still investigating) your missing order. In the meantime we have promptly dispatched a new order to you, tracking has been sent to you today so you can personally monitor it along its journey.  It's not very often a parcel goes missing, but we will always ensure our customers are put right promptly when it does happen.  We will also monitor the delivery from our end.  Thank you again for advising us and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused..
