We don't get it right 100% of the time, so the feedback is key in helping us improve our service to all our current & future customers 😊

Got good advice & service from the lady I spoke to on the telephone. She advised me which parts I needed to buy & which ones I probably would not need. My purchase was from Fireparts was about a hundred pounds less than the price quoted by another supplier.

Very easy to order online. Prompt email response and updates. Delivery arrived sooner than expected a nice surprise. There was a tear in packaging on delivery but all contents were intact and correct in number.
