My delivery was delayed somewhat by adverse weather conditions here in Scotland (not the fault of Fireparts), so took almost 2 weeks instead of 2 days...but that was expected. Arrived safe and packaged well.

I ordered the same part over 10 years ago and was amazed it was only £1 dearer! Ordering was easy (I had kept the details from previous order that the staff had been very helpful to ensure I bought the correct item) delivery was fast, product very well packed and exactly what I needed. Strong, well made. To be honest when I took the old one out it didn't need replacing but I now have both in place to stop larger pieces of coal falling through! Excellent product, excellent company!
