I needed some firebricks for a Little Wenlock.I phoned and spoke to Lyn who knew the product,gave me a price,took the order and my money...all very efficient and pleasant.Fireb ricks arrived within a few days...(which I haven't yet fitted) Excellent service thanks very much.. I have to tell you that I tried ordering from one of your competitors before calling you and their service was so poor that I gave up trying... Thanks and Merry Christmas.
