I had been trying to source this part from other Coalbrookdale agents without success for some time ,therefor I was pleased that Fireparts said that they could supply. The part was for my Coalbrookdale Darby stove which is 35 years old and so it is sometimes difficult to get spares. The person I spoke to was helpful and quickly identified the part I needed.

Found company on Yahoo and ash box perfect fit, fire works as it has for over 60 years. Ash box really well made and I am sure will last as long as the old one which had rusted away at the bottom. Received in the post in 2 days, well packed could not have had a better service, ????

Despite a problem with non delivery initially by the courier, the company very quickly arranged for a replacement grate to be sent, and the matter was treated as urgent. i am impressed by the price of the grate, and the company customer service.
