All good, user friendly, easy to find correct part, prompt despatch/delivery and well packaged. Only 4 stars because the bottom of the new flap fouled on the fire casting at the bottom left hand corner. I filed an amount off the bottom corner- so no problem. This was on a Cumbria. It now works perfectly.

Thank you for this feedback.  We are very pleased you found a solution to this issue.  We offer a very good returns policy and would always change or refund any part with 14 days of purchase, even if our Customers simply change their mind.

As for why the Flap did not fit, without seeing to check the part, it is difficult for us to comment.  The Parkray Flap and Pad fit a wide range of Parkray models, needless to say we sell a lot of them and this is the first issue we have heard (where the Flap required filing).  There can sometimes be issues with the fire as to why parts do not fit correctly (as metal can expand and distort generally with excessive heat).  Again, without seeing the flap, it is difficult for us to guide you.

I received extremely good service from Fireparts and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I needed a new fire grate which I received in 2 days. As I bought the original all night burner from them a few years ago, my purchase was still on their records. That made it so easy. Had I had to contact them as I did when purchasing the original, I am sure they would have been more than helpful too. A++ sellers.
